Change TOMORROW by Changing TODAY

You're one decision, one choice from a major breakthrough.  And what seems like something far off in the distance, begins with one single step. A single act of your free will.

AND TODAY IS THE DAY!  Change today, by choosing to step out of your comfort zone.  Your future changes.  Tomorrow is forever changed by today.  What the mind can believe the body can achieve. Don't listen to the lies of doubt and fear.

I remember hearing a story about a young teenage girl struggling with various temptations.  Peer pressure.  Right  choice, wrong choice.  She said it felt like she had two German Shepherds in her chest fighting against one another.  When asked which one usually wins, she replied,  "Which ever one I feed".

Let's learn from this story.  Feed your mind positive thoughts.  Focused on goals.  Over and over.  Until it becomes a mindset.  Renew your mind with the promises of God's Word.  Step by step. You're closer.

Time... Keeps on Slippin', Slippin' Away



Welcome to 2014.  A little over two weeks ago.  Boy, time sure does fly.  That's why it's important to manage our time.  It's our most valuable asset.  Without it, well, you know.

So what is important this year in your life.  Think about.  God, family, career, friends.  Yes.  But without good overall health, the quality of your life suffers.  You can't enjoy the good things in this life to the fullest when your overall health is suffering.  

So take some precious time now to write down three health goals for 2014.  And then schedule them into your busy life.  Ask for help if needed.  You're worth it!
